OKFocus is a forward thinking, technology driven agency based in New York City. We implement cutting edge technologies in culturally conscious ways. As children of the information age, we understand the deep impact genre defining internet products can have – creating such a thing is our paramount goal. We have worked for companies such as Google, Smirnoff and Flamingo, cultural institutions such as MOCA, New Museum and The MET and artists such as Tanlines, Nicola Formichetti and MIA – realizing our forward thinking concepts with cutting edge code. Commissioned by The Creators Project, we created a interactive Alpha Channel HTML5 video experiment for True Panther Records artist, Tanlines. The site mimics Photoshop's interface – making for a culturally aware website, no manual required.

Site for British Airways & Visit Britain's The Big British Invite. Styled after a boarding pass, the site provides a non-traditional, on brand, way to RSVP to their promo party. Party goers receive an email with their "ticket" to attend, the backend figures out the rest. Commissioned by our dashing friends at Extra Extra.

We created a site to house the annual report of house leading edge trend forecasting company, Flamingo. The site allows readers to connect with Twitter and come download their bespoke selection of articles – effectively making their own unique version. The site runs on a custom built CMS.

Commissioned by Google, we made this Hangsouts game with Aaron Meyers that allows players to draw with their face while opponents try to guess the drawing's subject. Think Pictionary or Draw Something but with more faces and funny sounds.

Smirnoff's Nightlife Exchange was one night and one global party. The Dance Exchange was an effort to share how people dance. Guests at parties on three continents entered a special booth, which made a short GIF of their dance moves and rebroadcasted it around the world.

My Cat and I uses newly developed cat face detection to determine if a cat is present in an image uploaded to the site via webcam or hard drive. If a cat is present the pic of a cat and its owner gets uploaded for the world to see :). The site is based on Kittydar originally developed by Heather Arthur.
